DAY 1 WOMEN

BREAKFAST .– Omelet

2 egg whites with ¼ TZ. FRESH CHEESE, FRIED IN 1 tsp. OLIVE OIL

2 CUP STRAWBERRIES OR RASPBERRIES

BETWEEN MEALS .-

1 TURKEY HAM SLICE OF 45 GR.

1 O 1 PLUM RED KIWI

3 almonds or peanuts

LUNCH .-

½ can of tuna WATER AND SLICED ONION, TIN CHIPOTLE CHILE TO TASTE,

1 tomato

1 tsp. OLIVE OIL

1 CUP GREEN BEANS STEAMED OR CHAYOTE STEW WITH TOMATOAND ONION

LETTUCE

1 cup strawberries or blackberries DESSERT
